Any paper you have written or published can be reworked, and along with some additions, can be published in this peer reviewed scientific journal. Indeed, we challenge you to find a paper or a topic that cannot be developed in this manner. Furthermore, please contact us if you would like suggestions or think you have an impossible topic or paper. This applies across all fields, including astronomy, physics, chemistry, and biology, healthcare, psychology, sociology and economics. Because they all, to some extent, concern limited (scarce) resources (in the form of everything from energy, time, space, and matter to nourishment, medications, competences, raw materials, production facilities, limited attention, brainpower, customers, sales, organisational issues and economic currency, etc), they all concern economic matters.

Thus, here lies a fundamental contribution, as translating results, theory or discussing results or theory with a more or less explicit focus on one or more scarce resources, is at the hearth of efficiency. Further, it is through evolutionary paths, where the most efficient deployment of resources is the outcome, that any evolutionary unit develops or evolves. Put differently, it is how any topic or field develops, and in turn, it is how society evolves. For example, consider the efficient use of research funds in your field, the efficient translation of research findings into practice or teaching (or learning), as well as the efficient organization or management in your institution, or the lack thereof.
